For my Trout friends

The crappie aren't the only ones beating up on the Donny Osmonds

I went to the Caney Fork River Saturday for the first time. I’ve been saying I wanted to find some of these “trout streams” in and around Nashville, and so I finally went.

Caught plenty of fish, although nothing bigger than 12″. You could tell these were stocked fish. They all seemed like they were just dumped off the truck a few days ago.

Fish were diggin’ the darker wet flies, especially the Donny Osmond flies because everyone knows that TROUT LOVE DONNY OSMOND!

Anyway, I plan to go back soon, but not before I get some salt on my line this week!

Oh, and I almost forgot…bass are still more fun.
